Chocolate pumpkin protein mousse — need I say more? I was aiming for a smoothie, but this texture was too rich to not feel like a dessert, and I had to share!
1 scoop dark chocolate Vital Proteins
1/2 frozen banana
1 (hefty) tbsp pumpkin
1/2 tbsp almond butter (or more, you do you)
A little honey
Pumpkin pie spice
Blend all ingredients! I topped with Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Spice Granola, but you could easily add some nuts or even whipped cream. Enjoy!
